Co-founders Marco and Elena Luce opened a 12-table spot in Richfield with a wood-fired oven, a hand-written menu, and a whole lot of determination. The line out the door on opening weekend said it all.
Demand outgrew the original space. We expanded into the neighboring unit, doubling our seating capacity and adding a dedicated prep kitchen to keep pace with the community's appetite.
